Central serøs chorioretinopati, angiografi

Animated sequence of angiographic images from a patient with a history central serous chorioretinopathy. Fluorescein angiography (the darker image) shows leakage from choroidal vessels that are seen on indocyanine angiography (the brighter image) to be associated with delayed filling, presumably an effect of lobular choroidal congestion. The differential diagnosis includes polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy, but this patient had never presented with subretinal hemorrhage.
